Last of San Fransisco

After a brief visit to Napa Valley we returned to San Fransisco for a stop and stroll in the old hippie area of Haight and Ashbury. It sure would have been fun seeing at it’s prime with Janis Joplin, Jeffersen Airplane and Grateful Dead being few of the onced who lived in the area. It is still a fun area to go to, but some hippies looked like they arrived The Golden Gate Park in ’67 and didn’t move (or bathed) since.

The sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge was gorgous as we pulled out of San Fransisco for the last time – this time around.
