In Search of The Perfect and Empty Pointbreak

Standard

Yesterday was spent checking out Costa Rica’s Central Pacific coast in search of the Perfect (little) wave. I would like it to be just big enough, not too far out from the beach, not too windy, warm water and the list goes on. I guess I am hard to please when it comes to surfing! Unfortunately, the swell was down and we were out of luck anyways. On the positive side we got to see lots of beautiful beaches and scenery! No frowns here!

The last spot we checked out was close to a town called Quepos. At that point we were close to national park Manual Antonio. We drove in the direction of the park, caught the view of a spectacular sunset and spent the night in he hills with monkeys all around!

As we speak, we are drinking some tasty coffee with an incredible view. We are heading to the national park pretty soon. It is known for it’s wildlife and protected beach.
