Ship ahoy! We are back on dry land after two stunningly beautiful days out in the Sea of Cortez on Kylahi.

We went out about 20 nautical miles from La Paz to Playa Bonanza. On our way we saw dolphins and seals playing around our boat! At Playa Bonanza, we anchored up for the night. It was an absolutely gorgeous spot! Deserted beach, calm waters and stars dotting the sky above us. Ahhhh, life is good!

On the way back to the marina, we got to test the two sails plus the spinnaker (the big pink one). We got her sailing at around 7 knots and enjoyed the peaceful method of moving on the water. Our next big adventure might very well be aboard a sailboat. This was right up our alley!

Today has been spent cleaning the boat and getting ready to leave (by drinking our last Corona in Mexico, for now).

We are currently at the Mexico City airport waiting for our connecting flight to Monterrey. We will spend the night there and tomorrow morning head to the USA with our Honey.

More adventures to come! Ohoy!
